  Status: Resident.

Distribution and Abundance: Common.

Primary Habitat: Grassland.

Flight Period: Single brooded in May and June.

It inhabits similar sites where clovers grow and the two moths are often seen on the wing together. In such places it is probably well distributed throughout the county.
