Observations:
This species is usually seen in small numbers at
light in the county. The only occasion that I have seen
it more commonly was on 28 July 1988 at Glendon Lake. At
that time, a dense bed of great reed surrounded this
small isolated lake. An actinic light trap left overnight
within the reed bed attracted eleven examples of the
moth.
