Observations:
The moth has extended its range within the county
during the past decade and is now being regularly
recorded in gardens away from established coniferous
woodland. Colonisation tends to have been from the south
and from the east, with first records for Salcey Forest
in 1997, Pitsford Reservoir and Geddington Chase in 1999
and Castor Hanglands in 1991.
